Creepy and awesome! An atoll north of New Guinea where the U.S. Navy attacked the Imperial Japanese Army in WWII. Many relics of the war (corpses included) now rest at the bottom of the Pacific.

This is a bunch of landscape art from Samurai Jack and Sym-Bionic Titan which are cartoons made by Genndy Tartakovsky.

Although they're the less, uh, artsy of the two, I like those titan ones a lot.

Yeah, Samurai Jack had a more stylistic approach. And was also made prior to HD. And Sym-Bionic Titan had a larger budget and shit too.

I don't know what's from what here but I love the one with the cabin and headlights. Someone should create an art thread.
